Privacy Policy

1. Data Collected

• Email address (for authentication)
• Meeting data (participants, salary, duration — not stored when not logged in)

2. Data NOT Collected

• Others' birth dates (HL-3: calculated client-side only, never sent to server)
• Participant emails (discarded immediately after sending)
• Detailed screening answers (only the assessment result is stored)

3. Data Storage

Stored in Cloudflare D1 (APAC region). Anonymous meeting data is automatically deleted after 30 days.

4. Right to Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time. Data will be completely deleted within 30 days (GDPR Art. 17).

5. Cookies

Only JWT cookies for authentication (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict). No tracking cookies.
